Child Immunizations   

Immunizations are free to all children 6 weeks thru 18 years old.

Available vaccines:

  • TdaP
  • Polio
  • Hepatitis B
  • HIB
  • Rotavirus
  • Pneumococcal (Prevnar)
  • MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella)
  • Varicella (Chicken pox)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria
  • TdaP
  • Meningococcal (Menactra)
  • HPV(human papillomavirus Gardasil).

Adult Immunizations   

Many adult immunizations are available.      

Influenza vaccine is available for adult & child each fall and winter. 

Tuberculosis Testing

TB Testing is available daily except Thursday for all ages at a fee of $20.00, with return to the clinic for reading and documentation within 48 hours to 72 hours

Travel Immunizations 

We do not offer travel vaccines at this time. Contact the Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval) for travel immunization information.

Immunization information is available in English, Spanish, Creole, and other languages upon request.
