Child Vaccines   

Vaccinations are FREE TO ALL CHILDREN 6 weeks thru 18 years old.

Vaccines available include: TdaP, Polio, Hepatitis B, HIB, Rotavirus, Pneumococcal (Prevnar), MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella), Varicella (Chicken pox), Hepatitis A, Tetanus/Diphtheria, TdaP, Meningococcal (Menactra) and HPV(human papillomavirus Gardasil).

Adult Vaccines   

Many adult vaccines are available.      

Influenza vaccine is available for adult & child each fall and winter. Watch for clinic information in the newspaper and on radio and TV beginning in October.

Tuberculosis Testing

TB Testing is available daily EXCEPT THURSDAY for all ages at a fee of $20.00, with return to the clinic for reading and documentation within 48 hours to 72 hours

Travel Immunizations 

We do not offer travel vaccines at this time. Contact Duval County Health Department for travel vaccine information.
